Your pilot will contact you between 6:00 and 7:00pm on the evening before your flight to confirm the weather conditions and your exact meeting time.

If you expect to be out of phone contact during this time, please call our office or your pilot earlier in the day to make alternative arrangements.

Meeting times vary depending on the season and forecast conditions, so please allow plenty of time to reach your meeting point. It is essential that you arrive on time, as weather conditions may prevent us from waiting for late arrivals.

Please note: if you miss your flight due to arriving late, your ticket will be forfeited.

The Weather

Before confirming the details of your morning flight, your pilot will already have consulted the Bureau of Meteorology for the latest forecast and expected morning temperatures.

If the forecast is uncertain, your pilot may need to contact you again in the early hours of the morning to confirm conditions are suitable. While last-minute confirmation can be inconvenient, it helps avoid unnecessary travel if the weather has deteriorated.

If you’d like an indication of the likelihood of your flight in the days prior, please contact our Chief Pilot, Mitch, on +61 428 858 903 for the most up-to-date information.
